What can you expect if you book with us? I mean, seriously, the whole media production thing can be very confusing and overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to help. Whether this is your first media project or your first with us - find out about our process.
In Depth…
Once you enquire about your project, we will respond within 48 hours. Then we will book in a consultancy call where you can meet the team and tell us about your project (This is free of charge). We will then discuss how we can bring your vision to life. When your happy, we will begin planning and book a follow up call. We ensure that communication is open throughout this stage and that any choices are ran by your approval.
When we arrive to your location(s), we will introduce ourselves and discuss the plan for the day. We pride ourselves on keeping a friendly and professional environment whilst on set - so if you haven’t done this before don’t worry! After the project is completed we will say goodbye (don’t miss us too much) and get started on editing.
Editing usually takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks, depending on the project (unless a rush fee is discussed). This allows time for creating the highest quality visuals and carefully crafting work that represents your brand. You will also be given a custom ETA for the project. Finally, once the project is delivered and you’ve had time to review the content, we can discuss any changes you’d like to make until your satisfied.
